There will be several pop-up windows during the registration and application process. You will need to disable your pop-up blockers during the application process. For help in turning off your pop-up blocker, please download the following document for a list of common Pop-up Blockers and instructions on how to disable them. If you have more than one Pop-up Blocker on your computer and Internet Browser, they must ALL be disabled.

After turning off your Pop-up Blocker(s), you will need to clear your cache for the changes to work by following this process:
- Open your Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools on your top menu and select Internet Options
- In the window that appears, click Delete Cookies and when prompted with the question, “Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet File folder?”, click OK
- Now click Clear History. When prompted with the question "Are you sure you want Windows to delete your history of visited Web sites?", click Yes
- Now click OK
